Terms of Use and Refund Policy

Effective September 10, 2026

By purchasing, accessing, or using the Unemployment Claim Prep Assistant, you agree to these terms.

Ownership

The Unemployment Claim Prep Assistant website and paid package—including its original text, questions, worksheets, reports, organization, design, graphics, and branding—are owned by or licensed to Unemployment Claim Prep Assistant and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

Limited personal-use license

A purchase gives one customer a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the paid package for that customer's personal, noncommercial claim preparation. No ownership rights are transferred.

Prohibited uses

Without prior written permission, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, translate, sell, resell, sublicense, distribute, share paid access, create a competing or derivative product from the package, scrape or extract content by automated means, reverse engineer the service, bypass payment or access controls, remove ownership notices, falsely claim ownership, or imply government affiliation.

Free checklist permission

The page clearly labeled “Free Unemployment Claim Preparation Checklist” may be shared unchanged for noncommercial educational use, including by workforce organizations and community groups, provided the Unemployment Claim Prep Assistant name, website link, and independent-service disclaimer remain intact. The free checklist may not be sold, incorporated into a paid product, altered to imply government affiliation, or used to provide legal representation without prior written permission.

Educational service

This $29 product provides educational claim-preparation assistance. It is not a government service, law firm, legal advice, representation, or a guarantee of eligibility, payment, or an appeal result. Customers must verify deadlines, filing instructions, state rules, and benefit information directly with the responsible state agency.

Customer responsibility

Customers are responsible for entering accurate information, reviewing the generated material, filing with the proper agency, meeting every deadline, and keeping copies of official submissions and notices.

Access and enforcement

Access may be suspended or terminated when these terms are violated. Unemployment Claim Prep Assistant reserves the right to pursue available remedies for unauthorized copying, distribution, resale, misuse, or infringement.

Digital-product refund policy

Because access is delivered digitally, purchases are final after delivery, except where applicable law requires otherwise. If access is missing or does not work, email myclaimprepassistant@gmail.com and we will repair or replace it.

Privacy

Never enter a Social Security number, home address, claim number, banking information, medical record, government ID number, password, or other sensitive identification into the app. See the Privacy Notice.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
